Q. How long will it take to get my order?

A. It will take approximately 4-7 business days to receive your order.

 

Q. How long does Expedited Shipping take?

A. Expedited shipping typically takes between 1-3 days. If you need your order by a certain date and time, please email us at info@padmaknits.com

Q. Where do you ship internationally?

A. Yes, we ship to all countries worldwide.

 

Q. How long will it take to receive an international order?

A. It will take 1-3 business days to process your order and 3-5 weeks for it to arrive depending on the country.

Returns

 

Q. What is your return policy?

A. We want you to love your order. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item within 14 days of receiving it for exchange or credit ONLY. Item must be in its' original packaging and in perfect, unused condition.

Include any relevant notes such as reasons for return or exchange request. Any refunds will be issued upon the item’s arrival in-house.

Q. Do I have to pay to ship a return or exchange an item?

A. Customers are responsible for shipping returns and exchanges back to our warehouse. We are not responsible for items lost in transit when making a return or exchange. If making an exchange, there is an additional cost for shipping the new item.
